CONCEPT
A modern mansion with a wooden house, samovar and a true modern Russian garden.
The project architects have made a decision to redefine the theme of Russian fields, meadows, wild forests, to interpret them and develop the site layout in such a way so that the key constituents of the Russian scenery be aggregated within one land plot and include grain crop fields, open sun-lit lawns, coniferous and wild forests, rocky thorny slopes with fragments of rock, birch alleys and blooming orchards.
Each part of the garden can be walked in, each is worth stopping at to see the land plot from a new angle, unusual and often unexpected. This has been one of the ideas behind design and layout of recreation areas: an opportunity to uncover the site's potential to the uttermost, give a chance to study each meter.
The basis of the composition is an open area with terraces in front of a grass lawn, where the young generation will be able to hold football games and the support team will watch the game from comfortable terrace steps.
The forest zone has also been included, it has been created by dense planting of coniferous and large-sized deciduous trees and a twisty path between them; coming to this place, you find yourself in a wild forest corner rather than at home on a private land plot in the middle of a housing development.
An interesting ground with upholstered furniture and a table made of a stone block has appeared in the orchard zone; the customers will have a family tea-party with a samovar here in summer.
We've also decided to make a full-fledged campfire zone near the sauna surrounded by plantations, in the shadow of large-sized birches, the center of the ground is occupied by a metal fire pit surrounded by tree stumps, where the entire family will get together in warm summer days and sing songs accompanied by a guitar.
Garden features: junctions of grain crop growing areas and decking paths are of a complicated form that repeats the fluency of grain crop group lines. Children have a green adventure zone with a true wooden hut, trampoline and unexplored paths hidden in the plantation areas. Complicated site layout is only emphasized by these non-standard decisions and skillfully integrated in the architects' design solutions.
